How can I view information about a person not related to the current email?
- Click the magnifying glass button at the bottom of the Vue panel, type in a name or email to search and hit enter. Any matches will show up in the drop-down list.

Why is there is no starting address when I click directions in one of the mapping features?
- Vue uses the address you provide in the General Settings section of the configuration for this purpose. Make sure this has been filled out.

How do I create a new Contact from an email signature?
- Highlight the full signature and drag it to one of the person icons(Contact and Lead) in the bottom right corner of the Vue panel.

The Vue panel is missing, how do I make it display again?
- Click "View Link Point Vue Panel" option in the "Link Point" menu item in the Outlook Menu Bar (top of Outlook).

How do I place the tabs in a different position?
- Right-click the tabs and choose a different position in the "Tab Position" option.

How do I customize which tabs are displayed?
- Right-click the tabs and toggle which tabs are visible by checking them.

What does the "Ignore Email Addresses" section of configuration do?
- If the checkbox is checked all email addresses listed in the box will not be displayed by Vue.

I got an error message saying: "login has failed several consecutive times.
To prevent a possible lock-out situation, Vue will not attempt another connection until you re-confirm
your login credentials in the Vue configuration screen." What does this mean?
- If Vue fails to login to your CRM multiple consecutive times Vue will stop attempting to login. Vue does this to prevent the CRM from locking the account for security reasons. To attempt another login confirm that your username and password is correct and click the "Test Connection" button in the CRM's configuration screen.

What is a Salesforce Security Token?
- If you are working from outside of your company’s trusted networks you need to add a security token to log in from Vue.

Where do I get my Salesforce Security Token?
- Log in to Salesforce.com, click Setup | My Personal Information | Reset Security Token, and click the Reset Security Token button. The new security token is sent via email to the email address on your Salesforce.com user record.

I use Windows Live, what is my Organization Name?
- Log in to Windows Live CRM and navigate to Settings | Customization | Download Web Service Description Files. The Organization Name is at the bottom of this page.

- The server is the first group after the http:// in the URL that you use to access MicrosoftCRM. http://Server/Organization/loader.aspx

Why are some of my contact's history items not showing up in Vue?
- Make sure the item's Regarding field is set to the Contact you expect to see it under.

I have activated and filled out the configuration for Mobile Texting, how do I use it?
- In the Vue grid right-click the a row of data you would like to be sent to your phone and select the "Send to my Mobile" option. The data should be received as a text message shortly.

When click the "Send to my Mobile" option in Vue it says message sent but I never receive the message on my phone.
- The Mobile Texting feature of Vue relies on the individual carriers to receive, package, and send the data as a text message to your phone. We have found that many carriers are inconsistent in the timing and successfulness of performing this task. Try to send the data again at a later time.

I live outside of the USA, can I still use this feature?
- Unfortunately only USA carriers are supported at this time.
