LinkPoint360 Releases Fall ’14 Upgrades with Enhanced Productivity Tools

– Powerful new features augment the leading email to CRM integration tool

RED BANK, N.J. (November 18, 2014) – LinkPoint360, the leading provider of email to CRM integration, today announced that it has deployed the latest version of LinkPoint Connect. This release will provide over 70,000 users worldwide with even stronger inroads to their CRM data. LinkPoint Connect streamlines data entry and access by enabling users to instantly view Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix) data within either Microsoft Outlook or IBM Notes.

The new release upgrades are free to all LinkPoint Connect subscribers, and new customers will automatically gain access to the latest version of the software. Standout features include Smart Record single click to record emails to the CRM and Active Update to update existing contacts in the CRM from within the email application. Additional features include integration with Salesforce email templates, search and record based on secondary email addresses and LinkPoint Connect usage reports.

“We are constantly reviewing feedback from our customers and partners to bring even greater efficiency to our software,” said Glenn Lehner, Chief Business Development Officer at LinkPoint360. “The Fall ’14 Release is designed to answer requests from users who have been asking for additional inroads to their CRM.”

The new Fall ’14 release features join the ranks of LinkPoint Connect’s time saving and time tested functionality. The LinkPoint Connect global user base will find that the Fall ’14 release will supplement the core areas such as the LinkPoint Connect Side Panel for CRM data viewing, drag-and-drop actions to create records, and dynamic recording dialogues.

LinkPoint360 has experienced rapid growth in the last 12 months with plans for further expansion in 2015. The acquisition of additional talent across marketing, sales, and development positions LinkPoint360 for an aggressive year with new products and new releases on the roadmap.

“Our usage data reveals trends in software adoption in our existing user base and confirms the direction we’re taking for development,”said Nart Dokhgan, Chief Technology Officer at LinkPoint360. “This year, our side panel has displayed over 250 million records, collectively for all our customers. By adding exciting new server-side functionality in 2015, we expect LinkPoint360 product adoption, and CRM usage for clients, to soar.”
