Our team designed the tool to be intuitive and make everything as straightforward as possible.
But like with any product, new users still need an introduction to the software and experienced users want to know what all of the extra features and tricks are. And to meet this need, we have grown out our online knowledge base with hundreds of articles, quick tips, and FAQs. In 2015, we expanded our YouTube Channel offerings to include brief video tutorials covering some of our most commonly used functionality. We also launched our LinkPointers Webinar Series to bring live product demonstrations to our users. And now for the new year…
