The annual license fee entitles you to unlimited support via our web-site or telephone
support.

Yes, during configuration, you may specify your proxy server information.

- Where do we get the licence key that the configuration screens reference?
After you purchase LinkPoint, you will receive the License Certificate from your
Business Partner.

We support Lotus Notes 6.0+.

- What version of Lotus Notes is supported?
We support R6 and R7. Note: During installation we give the option of updating the
mail template to include our buttons. However, in version 6.x, the Lotus API prevents
this. For this reason, a minor manual change may be required for 6.x users ? we
supply all the required changes.

- Are the Lotus Notes servers affected?
No - not at all. LinkPoint is installed on the client machine. It speaks to the
Notes client, which in turn (as usual) speaks to the server.

- How is the Notes user interface changed?
Minimally. The email integration module is accessed via two methods while in Lotus
Notes. During installation, you are prompted if you want to add items to the users
"actions" menu and / or if you want to add buttons to the user's mail template.
The choice is up to you. Depending on your firms needs and your mail template change
policy, you may choose to omit the buttons and work strictly with the agents. In
either case, the changes are minimal and easy to view, modify or remove.

- Can I utilize the Sugar CRM address book in Lotus Notes?
Yes, you can use your Sugar CRM contacts to address the recipients of the email.

- Does email integration of LinkPoint work in Notes "Island Mode"?
Yes - it works in all Lotus Notes "modes"

- Does LinkPoint store the attachments in Sugar CRM?
Only if you want it to. You can save attachments either to the contact opportunity,
or case.

- When I search for a name, what is being searched?
LinkPoint searches the Sugar CRM contact list. Specifically, we search for all contacts
that you have access to.

- In terms of Windows security, what privileges do I need to install and run LinkPoint.
We recommend that a Windows Administrator or equivalent perform the installation.
During the installation we create the application folder, copy in the files and
update the registry (hkey_classes_root, hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine)
During normal operation, the user must have read/write access to the hkey_current_user
registry node and also the config folder under our application folder: "\program
files\linkpoint360\config"
