Our team has been incredibly busy throughout 2015 with non-stop changes, projects, planning, releases, new hires, and growth. As I was getting ready to write this week’s post, I couldn’t quite believe that it’s December already (let alone the second week of December). I only just finished recovering from cooking the Thanksgiving turkey and now I need to hang up the holiday lights and narrow down my baking list.
And in the world of LinkPoint360, I have our annual holiday party to look forward to next week and the 2016 marketing calendar to finalize (among other things). As I round out my planning for next year, I can’t help but reflect on everything that we accomplished in 2015.
2015 Year End-Wrap Up
If I had to pick one word to sum up 2015 for LinkPoint360, it would be growth. Our 2015 plan mapped out several areas for expansion and we have nailed all of them. We hired new talent in development and sales and then ran out of room for everyone to sit. Undeterred, we expanded our headquarters in Red Bank, NJ by doubling our office space, giving everyone room to spread out and leaving more room to spare. We sent our largest entourage to date to Dreamforce 15, where we had one of our largest booth turnouts (thanks in part to our awesome customers and partners!).
With more resources, we also focused our efforts on growing our product. LinkPoint Connect saw some major upgrades including a new feature that supports email tracking. There has also been a lot of product growth that our prospects, customers, and partners have not seen yet. Our team has been hard at work throughout 2015 on multiple new products part of a roadmap designed with user feedback in mind. Our server-side solution is back in the works after we received amazing feedback from our alpha testers, and another top-secret product offering is nearing beta testing. (I would tell you more, but then, you know.)
All of which brings me to.
2016 New Year Outlook
In addition to the vaguely aforementioned new products coming in 2016, the new year outlook for LinkPoint360 is supercharged. We anticipate continued new hire growth as our development and sales teams keep expanding to support our roadmap rollout. We will continue to develop new inroads to CRM adoption with Microsoft Outlook and IBM Notes with our LinkPoint Connect product. After growing out our video and webinar series offerings, we’re aiming to offer even more resources for both new user and refresher training in our knowledge base. We will be growing our relationships and look forward to even tighter partnerships with our friends and colleagues throughout the industry.
