Remain in Outlook and work with Salesforce data in real time. The Side Panel presents related records based on sender and/or recipient email addresses. Users can create or edit data, record emails, view record details, and take additional action on Salesforce records from the Side Panel. The Side Panel can be expanded or collapsed to allow for additional desktop space.

Open Outlook. The LinkPoint Connect Side Panel will appear by default.
Click the >> button in the top-right corner to collapse the Side Panel.
Click the LinkPoint Connect button to Quick View the Side Panel. Quick View provides temporary, pop-out access to the Side Panel. Click anywhere outside of the Side Panel to hide it again.
Click the << button in the top-right corner to expand and dock the Side Panel.
