Resetting a Forgotten Password in Cloud Edition (Exchange + Salesforce)

Cloud Edition is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that can be accessed easily via any web browser. In this section, you will learn how to reset the password for your Cloud Edition account.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

Visit https://connect.www.linkpoint360.com, and select the Log in link in the top right of the screen.

Select the Forgot Your Password? link.

Enter your Email Address, and click the Reset Password button.

Check your email for a message with the subject line LinkPoint Connect: Cloud Edition – Reset Password Request, and select the Password Reset link.

Enter the corresponding information in the Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password fields and click the Reset button.

Log in to Cloud Edition using the new password.
