This weekend marks the celebration of Valentine’s Day and demonstrations of love in the form of chocolates, lavish dinners, and flowers. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I wanted to take a moment to show how the LinkPoint360 Team is sharing the love with customers this year.

Sharing the Love

We LOVE our customers. Happy Valentine's DayAnd we are tuned in to our customers feedback and comments, with support teams and account executives standing by to advise and assist as needed. We want each user to get the most they can out of LinkPoint Connect, which is why we’re increasing the amount of content and resources available. With a strong product roadmap and a full content plan for 2015, we’re sharing the love with our customers.

We are now hosting weekly webinars highlighting specific LinkPoint Connect features and demonstrating the most efficient way to work between email and CRM. Sign up for a topic of interest, or join us the first Wednesday of every month for a complete LinkPoint Connect Overview. Here’s our webinar schedule.

Knowledge Base Articles

We have ramped up the number of step-by-step articles to completely review our Outlook + Salesforce and IBM Notes + Salesforce support pages. New to the Knowledge Base is a downloadable user guide featuring our Outlook + Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, and we have a plan to add the web articles in the coming months.

We have started to produce new video content to walk users through key LinkPoint Connect features. The first two videos in the series are posted to our YouTube Channel. Be sure to keep an eye on this as even more videos are in production.

Feeling the Love

We appreciate all of the feedback we receive from our prospects, customers, and partners. And in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we wanted to feature a few snippets of customers feelin’ the love for LinkPoint Connect.
