March is already here, and Spring is quickly approaching. We created our own list at LinkPoint360, and now that we are three months into the year, we’re busy at work planning more ways to give our customers the best experience possible with our LinkPoint Connect Editions.
Our Customer Success Team is creating new video tips and quick tips to assist our users. The quick tips highlight specific features to help with installation or updating their instance of LinkPoint Connect. These are some of the many resources we provide users to help them successfully utilize our products.
In addition to the videos and quick tips, we have revamped our webinar series to find more ways to help users with their unique use cases. The new webinar format is designed to give prospects and customers the ability to submit their own integration challenges and highlight their specific questions regarding Salesforce use, email integration, and LinkPoint Connect.
